I have a program on my computer...I used to check it daily, but now I only check it once or twice a year...
If I ask it, it will give me a few stats...
Like this one...
I have been quit for 6 Years, 1 hour and 15 seconds (2,191 days). I have saved $32,865.61 by not smoking 131,462 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Year, 3 Months, 2 Days, 11 hours and 10 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 1/31/2006 12:55 AM!!!!!

Who knew how quick those costs would add up....I had no idea.
I've never been a smoker...but I think it's just terrific how much you've enriched your life by quiting..and how much richer you are too!
